YOUR NEW ROLE AS A VIRTUAL LIFE COACH

This full- or part-time remote position offers unparalleled flexibility. As a Virtual Life Coach, you will tailor your schedule to client needs, making it ideal for part-time work with the option to transition into a full-time role. All sessions are conducted remotely, ensuring a work-life balance that aligns with your priorities.

Each day, you will connect with clients virtually through platforms like Zoom or Skype, collaborating to identify and achieve their goals. Your work will involve creating customized coaching plans, maintaining regular communication, and adjusting strategies to ensure client success. Beyond individual sessions, you will stay updated on industry best practices through professional development and may represent McPherson Clinical & Consulting Services in virtual workshops or speaking engagements. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and well-being of those you serve, making every day both rewarding and impactful.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A VIRTUAL LIFE COACH

• ICF certification (preferred) or graduate/post-graduate education in a related field
• 3 years of coaching experience with a specific niche that is highly sought after
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and conducting virtual sessions
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Public speaking experience is preferred.
