Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Cultivate strong connections with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Inbound Calls : Handle inquiries from current and prospective clients, ensuring prompt and helpful responses.
Policy Recommendations : Advise clients on various insurance options and guide them in choosing plans that best suit their needs.
Quote Generation : Prepare and present insurance quotes, ensuring accuracy and clarity to assist clients in decision-making.
Sales Targets : Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach and follow-ups.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless follow-up and communication.
Product Knowledge : Continually update personal knowledge of insurance products and services to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Must possess an active Michigan Property & Casualty License.
Experience : Previous experience in sales, insurance sales is a plus.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
