Work Location: Bradenton, FL
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Track usage patterns and forecast supply needs to prevent shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of inventory items.
Procurement Duties:
- Source and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies as per company policies.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely approvals.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Keep detailed records of purchases, invoices, and inventory movements.
- Generate reports on stock levels, procurement activities, and budget utilization.
- Assist in auditing inventory transactions and procurement procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Self-starter who completes assignments accurately and in a timely
