Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure the bar area is fully stocked and organized at all times.
- Manage inventory by stocking beer, wine, spirits, and necessary supplies.
- Prepare and store fresh garnishes, juices, and other perishables efficiently.
- Warmly greet guests and foster a friendly bar environment.
- Take drink orders and ensure they're documented accurately.
- Expertly mix and present drinks according to standard recipes while maintaining portion control.
- Participate in monthly team meetings to enhance service quality.
- Process orders through the POS system and generate accurate guest checks.
- Handle cash transactions, ensure accuracy, and maintain financial integrity.
- Safeguard all beverages and materials by following secure storage practices at the end of each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the bar area to uphold health standards.
- Collaborate effectively with service and kitchen teams to enhance guest experiences.
- Report any guest concerns or challenges to supervisors for timely resolution.
- Adhere to safety protocols during all service operations.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude towards guests and coworkers.
