Foodpresentation: Regularly check and replenish food items on the buffet line to maintain an attractive and visually appealing display. Guest service: Assist guests by providing information about food options, accommodating dietary restrictions when possible, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Cleanliness and sanitation: Maintain the cleanliness of the buffet area, including tables, serving dishes, utensils, and food warming equipment. Inventory management: Monitor food levels and communicate with kitchen staff regarding the need to replenish items. Setup and breakdown: Set up the buffet with appropriate serving ware, food items, and signage before service and break down the buffet after service. Food safety: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of food.
