This company provides IT infrastructure to Capital Markets firms in over 20 countries and is itself a successful global organization, which due to its success, is now seeking to grow its Technical Support team.

This is a great opportunity, offering an in-depth training program and an exciting career, promising personal and professional progression.

* 4 week training program will require travel to Belfast (all costs covered by company). Please only apply to this position if you are open to this. *

The Role

  • First Line Technical Support Associate
  • Working on-site with key financial clients, providing support and troubleshooting for internal employees
  • Following escalation process where necessary
  • Deescalating customer frustrations and managing queries in a timely manner
  • Communicating across multiple lines of business
  • Completion of career-changing training
  • Career progression opportunities into leadership or other areas of the business, depending on your preference, such as trading infrastructure, cloud, data, etc.



The Person

  • Strong communication skills and customer service experience
  • Tech support experience in Windows and MS products such as Azure, O365, Active Directory, and more
  • Competitive and Resilient character
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, empathize and be assertive and resilient
  • If you have relevant professional experience, IT Bootcamp certifications will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Strong Tech acumen on Microsoft systems
  • Desire to complete training, upskill and progress your IT career
