The Role
- First Line Technical Support Associate
- Working on-site with key financial clients, providing support and troubleshooting for internal employees
- Following escalation process where necessary
- Deescalating customer frustrations and managing queries in a timely manner
- Communicating across multiple lines of business
- Completion of career-changing training
- Career progression opportunities into leadership or other areas of the business, depending on your preference, such as trading infrastructure, cloud, data, etc.
The Person
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience
- Tech support experience in Windows and MS products such as Azure, O365, Active Directory, and more
- Competitive and Resilient character
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, empathize and be assertive and resilient
- If you have relevant professional experience, IT Bootcamp certifications will be considered in lieu of degree
- Strong Tech acumen on Microsoft systems
- Desire to complete training, upskill and progress your IT career
