What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Account Coordinator position at MCS?

As an Account Coordinator of CSM, your primary responsibility will be to provide account support to ensure the successful completion of work orders, including dispatch, closeout, and escalations, for both clients and vendors.
- Manage a high volume of work orders in multiple portals efficiently and professionally.
- Monitor and populate work order updates in client and internal portals, including real-time status notifications, photo uploads, and close outs.
- Partner with internal and external operations team to ensure alignment at month end for billing validation.
- Conduct follow-up communications to confirm scheduled and completed services.
- Provide exceptional support through phone, email, and web-based platforms.
- Prepare and upload accurate estimates to customers.
- Other duties may be assigned as the role evolves, based on the needs of the business.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Experience: Six months of internal or relevant experience
