We are looking for an outbound sales associate with excellent communication, time management, customer service, and organizational skills. Our ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, driven, and self-motivated, looking to pave their way to success.
Customer-service experience is a plus! Sales experience is NOT required - thorough training, consultation, and coaching are provided to make you the best associate you can be.

Job Duties include:
Interpretation and understanding of commercial transportation rules and regulations – TRAINING PROVIDED
Providing consultation and services for Department of Transportation Number applicants
Customer Service for new and existing clientele
Outbound phone sales
Collaborate with management to stay informed on new products, services, and policies.
Manage client accounts, information, and service progress via CRM
Process payments via virtual terminal
Offer solutions and support to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
Work together with administrative departments to complete services for clients
Other duties as requested
Job Type:
· Full-time, commission-based pay structure
Starting Pay:
· $20.00/hour for training & introductory period
Standard Pay:
After introductory period, full pay is a commission-based pay structure, up to 35% commission bracket. Average pay is $100,000 annually. More details will be provided during interview.
NO CAP ON COMMISSION.
