McShane Construction Company Project Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction for ground-up multi-family and/or commercial projects.
- Contract Administration: Our ideal candidate will implement contract terms based on established systems, policies, and procedures.
- Schedule Management: They will monitor and manage the project schedule to ensure timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs to remain within budget.
- Ensure conformance to plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Protect the health and safety of jobsite employees and the general public.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through communication and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 4 years' experience constructing similar project types.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, landscaping, and architectural plans.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, owners, and project professionals.
- Ability to use construction management software and Microsoft Office 365.
Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
