Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate working drawings, including architectural, structural, mechanical, civil, electrical, and landscaping plans.
- Maintain and manage the jobsite, including trailer, signage, material staging, vehicle access, and temporary utility access.
- Oversee the implementation of safety measures and company programs to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, focusing on meeting their desired schedules.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in construction, preferably in multi-family construction, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and concrete experience.
- College education preferred.
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction, including technology, equipment, methods, and local market trends.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven record of building projects on schedule.
