We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of construction for ground-up multi-family and commercial projects, ensuring successful project delivery through effective management of contract administration, estimating, scheduling, cost management, safety, and quality assurance.
This position is based at our Madison, WI office, with a flexible hybrid work policy allowing you to work from the office, job site, and home.
- Contract Administration : Implement and monitor contract terms and conditions, manage bidding processes, prepare contract documents, and ensure compliance with documentation and submittal processes throughout project close-out.
- Cost Management : Oversee all aspects of project cost, including cost estimating, budgeting, pay requests, cash flow analysis, change orders, and financial forecasting to stay within budget.
- Schedule Management : Develop and manage project schedules, identify key components, and ensure timely completion in alignment with contract terms, utilizing scheduling software and addressing any conflicts.
- Quality Management : Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of project components to ensure quality standards are met, from materials to workmanship, including adherence to the Quality Control Plan.
- Safety Management : Enforce and monitor safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and OSHA standards to safeguard all personnel and visitors.
- Client Relations : Cultivate lasting relationships with clients based on trust, open communication, and exceptional service. This may include participating in proposal development and client presentations.
