Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze project plans, including architectural, structural, mechanical, civil, electrical, and landscaping plans.
- Maintain and manage the jobsite, including trailer, signage, material staging, vehicle access, and temporary utility access.
- Implement safety measures and applicable company programs to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, focusing on meeting their desired schedule.
- Conduct regular project inspections, addressing owner's concerns and monitoring labor productivity.
- Review project documents and identify required material quantities, ensuring accurate budgeting.
- Oversee the quality assurance program, ensuring high-quality results.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in construction, preferably in multi-family construction.
- College education preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, and local market conditions.
