In this role, you will be responsible for leading the preconstruction team, ensuring that projects are properly planned, budgeted, and executed. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Leading and directing the preconstruction team to achieve project goals and objectives
• Developing and implementing effective project strategies, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Collaborating with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and opportunities throughout the preconstruction process

**Requirements**

- Minimum 10 years of experience in preconstruction or estimating
- Proven track record of success in preconstruction or estimating, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices
