As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ground-up multi-family and commercial projects, including contract administration, cost management, schedule management, quality management, and safety management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contract strategies that ensure compliance with established systems, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze and manage project costs, including estimating, cost reporting, change orders, and forecasts.
- Monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely completion in accordance with contract terms.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure conformance to plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to protect the health and safety of employees, visitors, and the general public.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 6 years' experience constructing similar project types.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
