Responsibilities:

- Achieve objectives through effective purchasing procedures and inventory control.

- Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure timely parts availability for scheduled repairs.
- Train and supervise parts counter associates to meet department goals.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.
- Maintain knowledge of manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting the business.
- Monitor employee attendance, enforce reporting and tardiness policies, and forecast departmental goals.
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and evaluate the performance of parts department staff.
