Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Porter to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a positive attitude. The day-to-day duties of this role include making key tags for vehicles, assisting advisors with customer's service needs. Move/maintain service car lot. Shuttle customer's as needed to desired location.

Responsibilities

Transport service customers to desired location. Pick up and deliver service customers vehicles as requested.

Assist customers with any service related questions, directing them to advisors, sales or management

Keep service lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by manager and in accordance with dealership display standards

Clean service drives, sidewalks, and service department

Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed

Make key tags for vehicles

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Ability to complete assigned tasks

Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently

Positive attitude and can-do mentality

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
