Description of the role
The Warranty Administrator at McSweeney Chevrolet GMC/ CDJR in Clanton, Alabama plays a crucial role in managing and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of warranty claims and processes. Responsibilities
- Review and analyze warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently in a timely manner.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve warranty issues and answer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty-related activities, including claim submissions, payments, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the Service Department to develop and implement process improvements and ensure compliance with warranty standards.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as a warranty administrator. CDJR/GM brand experience a plus
- Strong understanding of warranty processes and guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using warranty management software and MS Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in warranty administration is a plus.
