Description of the Role:
The Automotive Rental Coordinator at McSweeney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is responsible for managing and coordinating rental vehicles for our customers. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate rental vehicle reservations and scheduling.
- Ensure all rental vehicles are maintained and cleaned regularly.
- Inspect vehicles before customer pick-up and upon return.
- Process rental agreements and collect and verify necessary documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues.
- Keep detailed records of rental transactions, including mileage and fuel levels.
- Assist with other duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in automotive rental coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office Software
- Valid driver's license.
