Missoula Children's Theatre is hiring a full time Tour Logistics Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary
This position provides administrative support for the booking and routing of the North American tour.
Essential Functions of the Position:
- Assist with the booking, routing, and contracting of the tour.
- Monitor, answer or route customer phone calls and emails as needed.
- Maintain tour routing boards.
- Email weekly customer correspondence including, but not limited to, customer materials & evaluations.
- Process all completed customer evaluations.
- Respond to tour evaluations and Requests for Action (RFA) as needed.
- Process all customer Requests for Residency (RFR)
- Onboard first-time customers via email and phone
- Assist in development and maintenance of all publicity materials including graphics, photos, posters
- Merge, send, and file tour contracts weekly
- Contact customers on late contracts
- Assist with tour training preparation.
- Other duties as assigned
Non-Essential Functions of the Position:
- Provide support during tour show training as needed
- Assist with social media aspects of the tour.
- Proof company materials as needed.
- Compile and coordinate booking conference materials.
- Attend booking conferences as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a busy office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current or former Missoula Children’s Theatre Tour Actor.
- Experience with design programs including Canva, Creative suite and iMovie
- Experience with Social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter.
- Database/CRM experience
Physical Requirements:
- The position will require you to sit at a desk for periods of time that could exceed 4 hours with intermittent breaks as needed.
- This position could require you to stand for periods of time that could exceed 3 hours with intermittent breaks as needed.
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
- May be required to drive a company vehicle.
