About the Role: As a Plumbing Call Coach, you will play a vital role in our plumbing projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. You will work on a variety of residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate call performance to ensure technicians are adhering to company standards for service delivery, safety, and efficiency.
- Assist in conflict resolution during customer calls or field operations, ensuring that issues are handled promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the scheduling and dispatch team to ensure proper service allocation and technician preparedness.
- Stay updated on plumbing codes, technology, and industry trends to provide the most current information and advice to the team.
Experience:
- Must be experienced in residential and commercial service plumbing.
- Must have a clear understanding of the Allegheny County Plumbing Code.
- Must be capable of clear decision making, critical thinking and conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
- Must have 6 years of service plumbing experience.
- Must have a Journeyman's License or Masters License
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call when necessary.
Skills:
- Lead and mentor a team of service plumbers, providing coaching on best practices, customer service, and technical skills.
- Review and analyze service call data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Train new and existing technicians on plumbing systems, service procedures, and customer interaction protocols.
