Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Conduct custodial tasks such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery
- Drive vehicles safely within the facility and during customer service interactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques and products is advantageous.
- A valid driver's license is necessary for driving vehicles during detailing processes.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success in this role.
