Currently we specialize in the casting of iron ductile pipes that range from 3" to 24" in diameter.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Metal Crane Operator to join our team in Phillipsburg, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining heavy crane equipment for metal handling and construction operations.
- Operate various types of cranes to lift, move, and place heavy metal materials and equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain crane operation logs
- Calculate load weights and ensure they are within the crane's operational limits
- Read and interpret technical drawings and lift plans
- Communicate effectively with ground crew and other construction team members
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Monitor weather conditions that may impact crane operations
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
- Assist in developing lift plans for complex operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
