We are seeking an experienced Mold Machine Operator C to join our team at McWane, Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality rubber gaskets. Key Responsibilities
Operate injection molding machines to produce rubber gaskets that meet quality standards. Monitor machine operations closely to prevent malfunctions and notify lead personnel or supervisors as needed. Train other operators as required and maintain a clean work environment. Perform miscellaneous duties as needed to support the team's goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to sit/stand for up to 8 hours and perform repetitive tasks. Experience in manufacturing, particularly in injection molding, is highly desirable. Additionally, you will be expected to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
