Job Description:
- Work various shifts, weekends, and overtime to meet production demands
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other associates to ensure seamless workflow
- Work within a team environment, taking direction from supervisors and contributing to the success of the team
- Understand and follow work and safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in maintenance or machinist roles preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
