Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Maintenance II - Specialist to join our team. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage specialized work, exercise industry knowledge, and provide technical expertise to support both maintenance and production departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage specialized work efficiently with confidence and competence.
- Exercise above-average attention to detail, concern for exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, machinery, electric controls, panel construction, wiring, fabricate, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, solder, grind, saw, use hand tools, and other shop equipment.
- Safely modify and install energy control devices.
- Maintain equipment and operations to meet quality and safety standards.
- Comply with LOTO, Confined Space, Respirator, and other applicable training and procedures.
- Frequently expressed appreciation of person's competence, conscientiousness, and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Maintenance, electrical, welding technical training or equivalent experience.
- 4 years mechanical, electrical, Welding, Hydraulic, and Pneumatics experience.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
- Creative self-starter and problem solver with tolerance for ambiguity.
- Computational skills required.
- Math reasoning required.
