Company Description
Under the general supervision of the Assistant Controller, the Accounts Payable Clerk will manage invoice processing, payment disbursement, and maintain accurate financial records. This role is integral to supporting the company's financial operations.

Job Description
Invoice and Payment Management :
- Match invoices with receiving documents and ensure accurate data entry into procurement / payables systems.
- Process payments, verify transaction accuracy, and maintain records of voided checks.
- Prepare journal entries and monthly reports for unrecorded liabilities.
Vendor Coordination :
