Meticulous, organized, quick learner, good communicator and gets the job done
Daily Tasks including but not limited to
- Filing: scan and file receipts, invoices, payments and other documents
- Accounts Payable: process company and project invoices
- Accounts Receivable: deposit checks, log credits
- Reconcile: check bank and credit card statements with company records
- Research: minimize and quickly identify and reconcile inaccuracies, errors and omissions. Report issues to supervisor.
- Payroll: collect and process employee time sheets
- MISC: As time permits, provide support to other team members
Requirements
- Basic Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Company provides on the job training fro all other needed skills

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
