The Clinical Director oversees all staff members administratively and professionally, maintains established standards of medical practice across the hospital, and provides clinical leadership and policy guidance for all outpatient treatment programs. The Clinical Director is also in charge of making sure that regulations pertaining to licensing, legal and ethical requirements, clinical supervision, and quality assurance are all under monitoring. In addition to overseeing the outpatient clinic, the clinical director will consult with other agency programs that offer mental health care. In order to guarantee thorough service delivery, the Clinical Director will be in charge of agency representation, contract monitoring, and billing requirements.

Essential Duties

In charge of the program's daily administration and planning.

In charge of carrying out COMAR 10.21.17's administrative requirements.

In charge of recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and firing employees in order to maintain an adequate workforce.

In coordination with the medical director, in charge of making sure personnel adhere to privileges and credentials.

When necessary, in cooperation with the medical director, who is in charge of making sure that every employee is properly supervised and trained.

responsible for determining the staff training needs necessary to uphold program standards, in cooperation with the medical director and program personnel.

Program Manager is charge of creating and carrying out the budget.

accountable for providing the governing body with updates on the program's performance and approval status, at the very least.

Social worker / direct caseworker supervisor. Caseloads will be assigned. Weekly meetings with social workers and direct caseworkers will be held, as well as additional times as needed for supervision, patient evaluation, goal planning, day-to-day case management, and timely completion of necessary documentation and documents.

Making a schedule. will be in charge of organizing patients' appointments with the program psychiatrist both regularly and as needed. Prospective patient presentations and patient staffing will be scheduled on a rotating basis.

will supervise the daily program's arrangement and punctuality. will lead groups as required. will offer broad oversight.

program for vocational training. will create, carry out, and oversee a vocational program that evaluates and attends to patients' requirements while offering daily job activities, vocational training courses, and community service opportunities.

Skills & Requirements

• Registered Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor(LCPC)
• A minimum of three (3) years of administrative management and clinical supervisory experience at an outpatient clinic.
• Strong knowledge of the Medicaid billing process.
• Credentialed with various insurance companies.
• Extensive clinical experience working with youth, families, and substance abuse.
• Collaborative and team oriented.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy required (MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project).
• Willing to travel to support clinical and foundation activities.
