Become part of our fast-paced and creative team to shape the future of the jewelry and gemstone industry together.Job Description : We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator with a focus on video shooting and editing. In this role, you will produce engaging video content, manage influencer partnerships, and contribute to client interactions. You will also be visible in company videos, representing our brand both online and offline.Requirements : Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred but not required.Previous experience in video content creation, editing, influencer marketing, or other marketing-related roles is preferred but not required.Knowledge of video editing software, multimedia content creation tools, Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is preferred but not required.Willingness to appear in company videos and participate in client meetings, both online and in person, as needed.Responsibilities : As a fast-growing company in a dynamic working environment, your responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to, the following : Video Content Creation : Collaborate with our in-house design team and external freelancers to plan and produce video content for social media, YouTube, and our website.Basic Photography & Video Skills : Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.Video Editing & Coordination : Edit video content and coordinate video editing projects both within the U.S. and globally.Basic Graphic Design Skills : Assist with simple graphic design tasks to enhance visual content.Influencer Marketing : Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.Marketing Experience : Contribute to marketing initiatives, including brand promotions, campaign execution, and audience engagement strategies.Content Planning : Assist in developing video content ideas and strategies for marketing initiatives and campaigns.SEO & SEM : Learn and apply basic SEO strategies and Google AdWords management to monitor performance.Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with sales, design, IT, and external agencies to ensure content aligns with business objectives and marketing strategies.Website Projects : Support website maintenance and expansion projects in collaboration with the IT and design teams.Project Management : Coordinate with freelancers and external agencies for video production and related tasks.Client Interaction : Meet with clients as a backup customer service representative when needed, conducting online or in-person meetings.Visible Brand Representation : Appear in company videos and represent the brand in front of clients and online audiences.Market Research & Product Development : Conduct market research and assist the design team in developing new jewelry collections.Jewelry Design Knowledge : Having experience or an interest in jewelry design is a plus.Proactiveness & Learning : Adapt to a fast-paced start-up environment with a proactive attitude, a willingness to try new approaches, and a passion for continuous learning.If you are passionate about video shooting, Influencer marketing, and eager to learn, we would love to hear from you!
