As we expand our Bone Growth Stimulator division, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, build relationships, and contribute to our long-term success.

Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding our Bone Growth Stimulator business by leveraging existing relationships with Spine Surgeons and Spine Reps, as well as developing new partnerships.
This role is based in San Antonio, TX, with 25-50% of time spent in the office.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our Bone Growth Stimulator division.
- Leverage existing relationships with Spine Surgeons and Spine Reps to expand our client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the orthopedic and spine care space.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with our Clinical and Billing/Reimbursement Teams to provide full-service support to physician clients.
- Cultivate and Grow Existing Relationships through constant communication, assisting with patient approvals, and providing regular updates to physician clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and reimbursement policies to position MD DME as a leader in the space.
- Track and report sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet and exceed targets.
What We're Looking For – Bone Growth Stimulator Division
✔ Bachelor's Degree – Must have Bachelor's Degree from four year university.
✔ 5 Years of Medical Device Sales Experience – Must have experience selling Bone Growth Stimulators.
✔ Established Relationships – Strong existing connections with Spine Surgeons and Spine Reps.
✔ Sales & Business Development Expertise – Proven ability to drive revenue and expand market share.
✔ Strategic Thinker & Self-Starter – Able to identify new opportunities and take initiative.
✔ Strong Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to effectively engage and educate healthcare providers.
✔ Growth Potential – A leader who can eventually manage a sales team as the business expands.
