We’re hiring a full-time/part-time per diem LPN for both North Side/West/East side areas. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll deliver 1:1 patient care in the home setting.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Licensed Practice Nurse license in the state of Arizona
- At least 1 year of home health nursing experience
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
- Knowledgeable in health and safety standards and compliance
- Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, BLS CPR card, and current TB skin test or chest X-ray
- Physically capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and transferring up to 50 pounds
- Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
- Provide basic patient care and treatment
- Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
- Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
- Educate and update patients on medical treatments
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
