Role Description
This is a full-time/part-time role for a Occupational Therapist at MD Home Health. The Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality patient care, conduct physical therapy sessions, develop rehabilitation plans, and monitor progress. The role requires working with patients in their homes and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
