We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment for various surfaces and materials.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established protocols for infection control and safety standards.
- Assist with floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by addressing their needs and requests promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or healthcare facilities is advantageous.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices will be considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
