Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process for enterprise-level software projects, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process. Gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Develop and execute customized implementation strategies that align with the client’s needs and ASM’s product offerings, ensuring a smooth and successful transition
- Deliver tailored training sessions to client teams, empowering them to effectively use ASM’s software solutions. Provide ongoing support to address any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, support, customer success, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the implementation process
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address any challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Proven experience in managing complex software implementation projects, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of an organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to design and deliver customized training sessions that meet the unique needs of each client
- Ability to customize and deliver client-specific workflows tailored to unique requirements
- Solid understanding of relational databases, data migration, and software integration processes
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in roles involving software implementation or project management
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project and a working knowledge of cloud-based solutions
- Basic understanding of HL7 MFN or ADT integrations
- BA/BS in information systems, information technology or related field desired but not required
- PMP certification desired but not required
- CPCS and/or CPMSM certification desired but not required
