- Location : 1.5 hours from Lexington, KY
- Facility : 10 bed Department using Athena & MediTech EMR.
- Practice Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient
- Schedule : Scheduled Clinic hours plus Call
- Coverage : 1 Rn, 1 PA / NP, 1 office staff. Provider will supervise APP, Call Ratio : 2. Requesting 1 additoinal surgeon for facility and clinic and 1 for 100% call each month.
- Practice Details : General surgery (adult), Laparoscopic surgery (preferred), Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty, Nissen Fundoplication (preferred), Liver surgery, GI Endoscopy (upper / lower), colonoscopy, chest tube, central line insertion PA catheter placement. Patients per shift : 25
- Certs : Active KY license or IMLC, Board Ceritifed / Eigible, ACLS, BLS- Required
