What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Assistant position at MD Staff Pointe?
MD Staff Pointe is a growing healthcare staffing firm seeking a Recruiting Assistant to work in their Irving, TX office. The primary function of the position will be supporting the Recruiting & Business Development departments. The position is not remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities :
Upkeep of all CRM and Job Board postings
Assist Recruiting by uploading new candidate leads
Send Mass Emails to prospect candidates
Assist Business Development by generating lead sheets
Upkeep and entry of MDSP Client files within CRM. This will include the research and entry of contact information, general facility information upkeep, and community profiles.
Research and entry of potential MDSP clients in various geographical areas that have not been entered into CRM.
Other duties as requested
Education and Experience
College Degree Preferred
One year administrative experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and credentialing experience.
Computer skills required : CRM database, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Must be resourceful and a self-starter
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge in medical field preferred but not required.
