We are looking for an Office Administrator to organize and coordinate our clients and perform administrative duties. Other duties include responsibilities in maintaining client relations, scheduling meetings and appointments, greeting clients and providing general administrative support to our employees and satellite offices. Applicant will be required to dress to succeed in all aspects of the job. Previous experience as an Office Administrator is a must. A successful Office Administrator should have experience with a variety of office software - Microsoft Suite - WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINTS and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office Administrator must be able to setup and follow through presenting our new clients with our procedures.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point person for the Office Administrator position
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain and update all scheduling
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
Skills
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator & Front Office Manager
- Applicant must type 50 WPM - No exceptions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish a PLUS (not necessary)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Power Points, MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. phone systems, fax machines and printers)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Applicant must past a criminal background check
- High School degree
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
