Looking to Enter the Trade?
We are currently have a position open for both those experienced in the industry and new to the industry. MD Weaver will provide full training and licensing to those looking to get started. Starting with our Termite monitoring programs, you will get an introduction to urban pest management while studying to take your general MA Core license. You will have direct support throughout the process from your team members and supervisors.

Location
We are looking for field staff who live in greater Boston.
Pay
Starting pay with no experience:
- $21-23/hr
Starting pay with experience and qualifications:
- $24-27 / hr
Sales commission:
- All employees can collect sales commissions in addition to their salary.
Additional:
- Holiday bonus and company-wide monthly Progress Share program.

- Past pest control experience
- Wildlife and pest exclusion experience
- State licensing and certification
- Sales experience
- Education and industry credentials
Pre-Employment Drug Testing is Required.
