Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
Required Skills, Experience
Has the ability to engage with customer to understand their needs while actively sharing options using plain language, building rapport and showing empathy.
Has an intermediate level of proficiency in using computers & laptop.
Experience in banking or financial services.
Experience in sales, cross-selling, up-selling or referring products.
Experience working in an inbound or outbound contact center (phone, chat and or video).
Prior experience of working as a Personal Banker and managing high client volume would be given priorities.
