Job Summary: As a Director of MEP Engineering, you will be responsible for establishing and leading an Engineering Division in the DC Metro Area. We are seeking a candidate with extensive MEP experience and strong leadership skills. Initially, this position can be remote, but you will eventually be required to relocate to the DC Metro/MD area to build and manage an office there. - Professional Engineering license.
- Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering degree.
- 10 years MEP engineering experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MEP and fire protection systems.
- Expertise in mechanical and/or electrical design.
- Strong understanding of architectural and structural principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (BIM experience preferred).
- Proven business development track record.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
