Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Hyperion Developer / Administrator to join our team. This role will support the development, maintenance, and administration of Oracle Hyperion applications with a strong focus on Essbase Analytics and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across the Hyperion suite and a proven track record in supporting planning cycles, financial reporting, and system upgrades. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and support Hyperion applications including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, EPMA, EAS, DRM, and Smart View
- Configure and maintain Hyperion security, user roles, and access levels
- Lead and perform Hyperion system administration tasks including upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
- Build and manage planning forms, business rules, task lists, calculation scripts, and reporting templates
- Collaborate with finance, planning, and analytics teams to gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprints and daily stand-ups
- Perform data integration and management using SQL, PL/SQL, and SSIS
- Provide documentation, training, and technical support to end users
- Strong experience with Hyperion Essbase Analytics and Hyperion Planning
- Proficient in Hyperion components: EPMA, EAS, DRM, Smart View, Financial Reports
- Solid understanding of Hyperion security configuration
- Hands-on experience in Hyperion system upgrades and administration
- Skilled in SQL / PL-SQL and SSIS for data handling and system integration
- Familiarity with Agile way of working
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SAS Analytics, Office Analytics, Enterprise Guide, or CPM solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in system design and architecture is a plus
