- Supporting the development and implementation of tax-efficient structures for corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, or restructurings.
- Conducting research on complex tax issues, including the interpretation of tax laws and regulations.
- Analyzing the impact of tax legislation changes and providing recommendations for adjustments to tax strategies.
- Communicating with clients regarding their tax matters.
