LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:
- Elementary education, that includes grades 6-8 (there are several combinations of WI licenses that might be acceptable (PK-8, K-8, 118) (allows the teaching of language arts, math, science, social studies).
- Regular Education at the Middle Childhood to Early Adolescence (allows the teaching of language arts, math, science, social studies).
- Broad field language arts or English Early Adolescence to Adolescence.
- Create a classroom environment that is engaging and conducive to learning.
- Leverage a curriculum proven to drive the academic success of students.
- A set of curricular resources are there for you to take and implement in your classroom based on the needs of students.
- Analyze and use student data to inform your teaching.
- Participate collaboratively and professionally with fellow teachers and support staff to meet the goals and individual needs of each student.
