Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead efforts supporting a large-scale business transformation program across the United States and Canada. This role involves driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency through process simplification, right-shoring, and automation using AI solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of HR-related tasks, deliver impactful results, and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Our preference is for New York City, NY/Chicago, IL based consultants who can work on Hybrid Model of 3 days a week in office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee HR project plans tailored to each transformation workstream.
- Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement strategies to maintain performance metrics.
- Serve as the primary contact for operations leads, coordinating efforts with HR teams as needed.
- Track workforce data and collaborate with finance teams on business case analysis.
- Coordinate across stakeholders, including Communications, Operations, Training, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), to deliver transformation objectives effectively.
- Manage resources and create program materials, such as role descriptions, training plans, and onboarding guidelines.
- Support change management efforts alongside operations and communication teams, ensuring organizational engagement throughout transitions.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and outcomes, while encouraging feedback for improvement.
- 5-10 years of experience managing HR or business transformation projects, particularly at scale.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with a disciplined, execution-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and build effective relationships across diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
- Certification in Project Management preferred.
- Expertise in change management and communication strategies to guide organizational transitions.
- Experience in matrixed environments with complex reporting structures.
- Familiarity with HR-related methodologies like role assessment and process development.
