Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for overseeing the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to potential employees. The Talent Acquisition Partner leverages their network and creativity to attract top talent and provides consulting to hiring managers and department leaders. They maintain exemplary customer service throughout the hiring process and support the full talent acquisition lifecycle for assigned requisitions.

- Sourcing and Networking: Utilize personal and professional networks, online acquisition resources, and Applicant Tracking Systems to identify and recruit top candidates. Attend industry-specific events such as college and alumni career fairs.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and facilitate in-person interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and manage the offer acceptance process, maintaining clear communication with candidates.
- Consultation: Serve as a business partner and consultant to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations on candidate placement and recruitment strategies.
- Creativity in Recruitment: Incorporate creative sourcing techniques and tailor the talent acquisition process to meet hiring managers' individual needs.
- Vendor Management: Source and negotiate contracts with staffing agencies, acting as the liaison between vendors and hiring teams.
- Internal Referrals: Promote and support internal referral programs, such as the HIRE program, to encourage employee referrals.
- Continuous Improvement: Research and share innovative recruiting practices and techniques with the Talent Acquisition team. Provide project support and assist with process improvement initiatives for the department or cross-functional groups.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience required; Master's degree from an accredited university with a focus in I/O psychology, Human Factors, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
