Job Summary: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm MST. Flexibility is essential, as the role occasionally demands work on two Saturdays per month and sporadic Sundays during Month End Federal Order Inventory. After training, the candidate may also be required to start shifts as early as 4:00 am once or twice a week and must be open to working overtime.

- Conduct physical counts of finished goods, packaging, and ingredients.
- Compare and reconcile these counts with system records.
- Investigate, document, and report any inventory discrepancies.
- Complete all cycle count documentation with the necessary approvals.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Recap cycle count gains or losses for review by the Plant Manager, Production Manager, or Plant Office Supervisor.
- Monitor various daily reports, such as production, negative, and cycle count history reports.
- Generate cycle count period-end reports upon completion.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing necessary system updates.
- Ensure physical and financial inventories in System M3 are reconciled.
- Review completed sales orders.
- Assist the Front Office Supervisor and Office Coordinator with miscellaneous tasks.
- Welcome visitors to the front office and enforce GMP policies before they enter the plant.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in cycle counting/inventory management, with a preference for candidates experienced in counting fluids and finished goods.
