MDaudit Enterprise, our flagship revenue integrity software platform, enables organizations to reduce compliance risk, risk monitoring, and built-in analytics and benchmarking capabilities while maximizing revenue - all in a single, integrated cloud-based platform. We are currently seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our team. We are a completely remote company!
The Demand Generation Manager is a highly motivated marketing team member, responsible for driving MDaudit's top-of-funnel lead generation efforts. This position will manage demand generation campaigns that will utilize digital campaigns and event marketing, aimed at building pipeline and driving revenue. You will work closely with other team members to increase website engagement and conversions. You will draw on market insights and analysis, detailed quantitative analysis of past campaigns and messaging direction set by other members of the marketing team and product management.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Lead digital marketing strategy and tactical execution wherever it can positively impact MDaudit's lead generation and pipeline growth trajectory.Partner with specialty agencies and sales to optimize lead process and management workflows.Overlay marketing and promotional strategies to maximize the lead generation impact of attendance of external trade shows and conferences.Define, manage and optimize tactical marketing spend across digital KPIs such as cost per lead and cost per opportunity - identify the need for shifting tactical priorities as metrics changeEstablish insightful analytics in areas such as SEO, pipeline aging and conversion percentages by tacticDevelop insightful segmentation of customers and prospects, and corresponding target personas, that help sharpen marketing / sales messages and calls-to-action in digital tactics. Build a successful account-based marketing (ABM) strategy that leverages these insights into highly personalized messaging and content, and ultimately drives engagement and conversion.Ensure ABM email and other marketing processes are clearly defined and consistent with best practices in areas such as mailing list development / hygiene / enhancement and marketing automation.Develop and maintain performance reporting tools and a cadence that provides senior management with understanding of root causes for changes in metrics and identifies opportunities for improvement on a continuous basis.Skills Required :
Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, with experience creating digital lead generation strategies for multiple audiences, products and solutionsExperience working with B2B SaaS Sales and Client Success teams, and deep understanding of how buyers, influencers, and decision makers interact online, including the complete sales and renewal cycle for large and small companiesExperience executing a sophisticated ABM strategy with granular segmentation and custom content / messaging for each account or sub-segmentDigital advertising and website strategy nuance : e.g., SEO improvement through content strategy, re-targeting, boosted posts, dynamic display ads, learning and real-time adjustments, website evolution roadmap planningAnalytical / quantitative focus, with knowledge of how to measure and evaluate metrics for pre- and post- product / campaign launches, with focus on specific measures of lead generation economicsKnowledge of and experience with Salesforce and / or Hubspot, especially pipeline analysis, performance reporting, e-mail list management and marketing / workflow automationThe ability to manage complexity and competing priorities, including the interpersonal skills to have tough conversations with the leadership of internal client organizations to resolve prioritization dilemmasThe ability to take initiative, lead by example and achieve consistent resultsExperience marketing technology to B2B healthcare customer segments, specifically providers such as hospitals and health systems, large physician practices and ambulatory surgery centersExperience in a small to mid-market, high growth organization a plusProven excellence in relationship-building at all organizational levelsExperience in mentoring and coaching employees and developing top talent into proven performersExcellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skillsEDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
Master or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Strong in analytics and data-driven decision-making4-6 years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in the SaaS space with some healthcare exposure. Should include experience with deep segmentation and ABMDirect past responsibility for marketing operations and performance reporting2-4 years of team management experience, with an ability to pivot between strategy, team brainstorming, and hands-on executionSalary Description
