Key Responsibilities
In this role you will travel to various nursing homes to provide Cognitive Behavior Assessments and fill in Psychiatric Services in the North MS area. This includes:

Key Responsibilities
In this role you will travel to various nursing homes to provide Cognitive Behavior Assessments and fill in Psychiatric Services in the North MS area. This includes:
- Cognitive Behavior Assessments
- Conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Offering psychotropic medication management, including prescribing and monitoring medications.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure patient care.
- Maintaining accurate medical documentation in line with regulatory standards.
- Participating in clinical research initiatives when applicable.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatments.
- Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent).
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in specified location.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices and occupational health principles is a plus.
