As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner , you will provide psychotropic medication management to patients in long-term care facilities. This includes :
- Conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Psychotropic medication management and recommendations.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
