Preferred experience includes proficiency in Meditech, Midas, Interqual, and Wellsky CarePort. Job Requirements Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start. Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years. HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics. Completed within a year of start updated yearly. Minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed. Pre-Hire Modules required for Non-Allied Positions to be completed prior to clearance. Additional Details Must not be expired. Must match address on file within technology. Must show front / back. If placement is in a state other than home state / issuing state of compact license, address on Driver’s license must match the home state for the compact license. 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start. And / or Negative IGRA within 90 days of start date lab printout prior to start. TB Questionnaire must be updated annually. If positive TB record; Requires Proof of Chest X-Ray within last 1 year to be accompanied by TB questionnaire.
