Description:
Ensures a welcoming front office environment, to include greeting incoming visitors and notifying the office team of the visitor’s arrival. • As the first contact for visitors to the office, business casual or business formal attire is required in order to present an elevated professional environment to visitors • Answers incoming telephone calls and responds to voicemail messages • Reviews all incoming correspondence and identifies items of importance to management, to include handling and distribution of correspondence • Prepares reports and graphs for reports and prepares materials for meetings and presentations • Maintains and/or establishes office filing system • Initiates, processes and logs office supply ordering and maintenance • Provides general assistance to team members and management • Inputs data into corresponding office systems • Performs related responsibilities as needed • On-Boarding/Orientation
Requirements:
High school diploma • Bi-lingual • Previous experience with administrative support or secretarial/clerical work preferred • General proficiency with PC software applications
